I am married to my high school sweetheart, an outdoor enthusiast, lover of travel. My wife and I completed our graduate degrees in Jacksonville, FL and are currently living in Honolulu, HI with my job. We love to travel and are looking forward to the adventures Hawaii offers. Experience: My first home purchase was a foreclosure that I have lived in while completing the remodel myself. I have a construction background that helps me understand and estimate rehab costs. I am focusing on using the BRRRR strategy small multi-family units in the southeast. Real Estate Goals: Our goals are to make real estate our business. We would like to be financially free and not required to work for anyone but ourselves in less than 10 years. I want to be able to be home with my family and have the flexibility to meet my family's needs as well as provide a high quality of life for them.
