About myself
My company has acquired, developed and sold multifamily conversions, residential, mixed-use, hotels and commercial retail. Now I am focused on multifamily buy and hold strategies for long term cap gain and increased NOI. I'm a licensed General Contractor and have managed many properties before. The current business plan is to buy existing units and develop ground up opportunities for properties not targeted by the "big boys".
