About myself
I am a licensed Realtor in the Atlanta area working out of Alpharetta, Ga. I bought my first home in Alpharetta in May of 2016 and completed a 25k renovation loan using the FHA203K program. My home's value has seen significant growth due to its walking distance to the new Avalon development and Alpharetta's City Hall. My hope is to buy and hold this property and acquire several others.
