About myself
My name is Scott Simmons, and I am an attorney in Chattanooga, Tennessee (www.millermartin.com), where I live with my wife (Allison), and our two daughters (Avery, Piper). In addition, I used to be owner of an independent insurance agency focused on property investors. I've bought, run, and sold a profitable STR in Pigeon Forge, TN, and currently own a SFR rental in Memphis, TN, but am seeking to begin investing in a new market, with the goal of obtaining a significant portfolio of buy-and-hold SFRs.
