I'm an ambitious real estate attorney in New York City, who has learned a significant amount about real estate investing through reading, browsing BiggerPockets, and networking with as many real estate professionals as I can. I don't want to be just another passerby in the rat race of life. I won't be content prodding along and following the natural order of things. I love home improvement projects, from fixing a squeaky drawer to remodeling a bathroom. Though they do not accurately portray the realities of house flipping, I can't get enough of those house-flipping "reality shows." Basically, it's time to take my life into my own hands and get things going.
