About myself
I'm a dad, a civil engineer and a Real Estate Rookie looking to learn all I can about short term rentals. I'm really interested in starting up an STR to make some extra income. I've been a home owner for 25 years and have done a lot of improvement projects: full finished basements, kitchen and baths.
