I love real estate and have held rental properties in the Chicagoland area for the past 15 years. I recently went full time in R.E.I. in 2018. While I'm interested in fix & flips and buying rental properties for long term passive income, I'm currently focused on helping motivated sellers by wholesaling their homes to other investors looking to rehab or add properties to their rental portfolio. While I'm targeting properties in the West and Northwest Chicago suburbs, I've recently expanded into the Rockford, IL area given the relatively low cost of entry and the incredible cash flow that these rentals can produce.
