Hi...my name is Shawn Daniel from Southield, MI. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a current 9-5 in the automotive industry, but I love real estate a lot more than that. I bought my first duplex in 2015 for $65k, with cash flowed approx $1100 every month after expenses. I then sold in July 2019 for $99k, so I most definitely got my monies worth over those 4 years. I’m read to buy again and go all in this time around, using compounding income from rentals to grab properties faster and faster over time... Some goals I’m looking to accomplish: - Obtain 100 doors in single/multi-family properties. - Obtain 500 doors in commercial properties. - Fix and flip 3-4 properties per year as my “job” I would love to partner up with another investor on some deals and meet some great lenders, contractors and and property managers.
