Senica Evans

My name is Senica Evans and I am a real estate investor (albeit a novice) living in an accountant's body. I love numbers and problem solving which means I get excited about exploring the financial side of real estate investing. I guess you would say I'm something of a numbers geek. Through my accounting company, Simplified Accounting (Hazel Crest, IL) I serve many clients involved in all aspects of the real estate industry from the part-time landlord to the large scale investor. I handle their books, save them money on taxes, and offer real estate driven financial education. I also enjoy making spaces into something beautiful and inviting while also making it easier to sell. Outside of business, I am a mother to 3 little boys -- and boy do they keep me going! I'm also engaged to my business partner who just so happens to be a contractor. I'm an avid reader and life learner. I don't mind putting in a little sweat equity either. Now you know a little bit more about me, but I know nothing about you. Let's connect....
