I am a new real estate investor looking to start in 2021! I am looking to learn everything I can and am hoping to do my first local rental property (BRRRR) in the Manchester/Southern NH area soon. I want to expand over he next few years and would love to start some great relationships and possibly look to invest out of state at some point. I am very interested in my real estate education and would love to partner with someone and show my enthusiasm and willingness to expand my knowledge base while adding value to the deal however I can. Please do not hesitate to reach out through this site especially if you are interested in partnering. I would love to start getting my "core 4" together and start with a great investor-friendly real estate agent.
