I work at a full time job in the electric utility industry. I currently have 38 rental doors, 8 of which are Airbnb. We flip homes and do buy and holds. Looking for apt buildings. Experience: 38 Rental doors. 3 House flips 5 Wholesale deals. 9 AirBnb units. Flip funding. Real Estate Goals: To build a retirement portfolio. Currently Seeking: My partner and I are currently looking for homes to flip and I am looking for more buy and hold opportunities. Single family our mulit-family rentals.
