Hi all! Thanks for checking out my profile. I'm a newbie to real estate and currently only have the experience of purchasing my primary home with my wife. I'm excited to learn all I can about real estate investing and would welcome any advice you have as I begin. My primary focus today is on acquiring my first investment property, with the goal of cash flowing the property on "day 1" (once renters are in). Please feel welcome to say hello.
