I am new to BP. My wife and I have had two projects that have motivated use to keep going. First building on bare land in Molalla was a big eye opener that we as a team were good at overseeing projects. Our second and first rental is in process and has been going well over seeing from a distance. Looking forward to meeting other people with the same mind set!!
