Hey guys, I’m pretty new investor or well. I should say I’ve been doing it for a while, but I’ve recently made the decision to upgrade or really go all in on it. I work a full-time job already so I’m stacking cash trying to get my third property. I have a single-family home and a condo cash flowing. I did miss the boat on a previous single-family home for the 1031 exchange; my tenant made a above market offer and paid closing costs so it was kind of too good to be true deal but I used all of the proceeds to essentially pay off every debt I had aside from my own mortgage and build a little savings. Now I’m ready to start using that little bubble or stack more cash from the current properties and from my current job and see if I can get things to connect. I’m in the Twin Cities. I’m looking for anything within probably 50 miles of Minneapolis ideally North suburbs where I can keep a closer eye, but we could go further if we have to for good deals. Looking to connect with everyone and see how we’re all doing.
