My business partner and I made our first offer on an investment property in 2011 but could not get a deal done. After constantly losing out to all cash investors we decided to start an auto import business. We successfully grew the business and were able to close on our first flip in Woodland, CA. Things did not go smoothly and the profit was not worth the headache. We parted ways and I left the auto import business as two full time jobs and starting a family became difficult. Personally I have completed two live in flips and am working/living in the third. I am also a First Officer for a major US airline. This offers me the ability to fly anywhere to see properties.
