Xavier Allen

I am a licensed contractor and enjoy residential remodels and rehabs. I am a strong proponent of supporting local economies, universal design in construction, and sustainability in daily living. I am currently a buy-and-hold investor in residential but am open to all types of deals, as long as I can learn and understand them. My background is math and engineering, so I really enjoy the design and construction piece just as much as I enjoy the investing and ownership piece. It is my opinion that there are at least 10 solutions to any challenge or opportunity, and this is the approach I take to every aspect of life. I am in Cleveland, Ohio and I am a huge advocate of all things Northeast Ohio. I am trained in mathematics, engineering, and education, and I am happy to include my skills for barter scenarios...anything is open for discussion to reach agreements that benefit everyone involved.
