Hi, I am a Pharmacist who was born and raised in South Florida. After coming to Puerto Rico to study pharmacy I fell in love with the island and decided to stay on the Island. I currently reside in Isla Verde/ Metropolitan area. I came across this website through reading the book on Rental Property Investing and from there have read many of the books which have changed my life, I now have 5 investment properties (1 airbnb) and learning in this difficult to understand PR market.
