As the owner of the Fricker Property Group (now ReThink WorkSpaces), I've been investing, repositioning, and developing single family, multifamily, and commercial real estate Real Estate for over 20 years. Prior to starting my own company, I was the VP of Acquisitions for a major institutional multifamily investor. All combined in both positions, I have acquired nearly three quarters of a billion dollars in real estate. Experience: FPG Investments owns multifamily and commercial property and is actively acquiring, renovating, and selling single family and small multifamily properties. We have over 20 years in real estate including development, investments, finance, LIHTC and conventional acquisitions, property management, and property renovations. Real Estate Goals: Transition real estate business from one that performs all phases of repositioning projects to one that participates as a joint venture financial partner. Currently Seeking: Currently looking to fund and joint venture with entrepreneurial real estate professionals in the Kansas City area. Our primary areas of interest are value-add multifamily and single family fix-and-flips with a preference for projects north of the river.
