Shawn Kross

Hi my name is Shawn Kross. I own a small contracting business called Kross Home Improvements Inc. We perform all types of home remodeling from small to large in the capital region. I currently have 2 rentals. One is from “house hacking” and have an in-law apartment on the end of my house. The other a small house I bought through owner financing and rent out. I’m new to real estate investing. I’m looking to connect with all types of people. I’d like to do some fix and flip deals. Along with wholesaling the deals I’m not interested in and some buy and hold. Also looking to increase my buyers list. Would like to network with local people in my area.
