About myself
I am a real estate investor in the Metro Atlanta Market. Anyhow, I am looking to network with local investors, add value, take action, and find deals. My goal is find an owner occupied fourplex with 3/2s under $400k in a decent neighborhood within the Gwinnett or Cobb county school system. I am interested in JVs with the right terms and possible 50/50 split with an experienced investor.
