Shamere Grant

Greetings Bigger Pockets, I have 4 years lending experience and would love to share my knowledge with everyone! I currently live in Louisville, Ky. I am looking to find cash buyers that are looking for great investment opportunities. My goal in the next 3 months is to build my cash buyer list to about 200 cash buyers who are nation wide. By the end of this year I am hopeful to have been involved in 15 transactions. 2017 I want to double this number. Investors please send me a private message or email to let me know what exactly you are looking for.
