Shane Correll

My name is Shane Correll, I am 30 and live in Harford Country Maryland. I am currently in the educational phase of real estate investing and working hard to learn all I can this next year. I plan to save and educate for the next year to define my investment approach and get some money put away. I currently work as VP of Sale for a flooring company. I have large pool of contractor that I work with daily so I am thinking that flipping maybe the best approach for me initially. I am also interested in the buy, hold and rent approach for passive income and a great retirement. I am currently looking for a career change hoping to move from flooring into real estate sale in some capacity.
