Shane Hetzel

I have been interested in getting involved in real estate for a long time. I've done tons of research in the hopes that I don't make a mistake when I actually jump into this. I'm most interested in doing flips at this point. I recently bought my first home last year (a 2-family), and I immediately started having a flood of ideas about how I could add value and turn a quick profit in a 1-2 year time period. I am fascinated with this business, and I love to have conversations with anyone who has had some experience doing this. I'm very curious to gain insights from those who know how to be successful, including how to intelligently finance deals to make the best use of resources. I'm hoping to connect with others with similar interests and those who had experience and success in the field.
