Experience: I am a new real estate investor who is currently looking for my first investment opportunity. Real Estate Goals: I would like to build a portfolio of properties over the next 5-10 years and establish a passive income to supplement my current income. I am looking to buy rental income properties. From my initial research, the Colorado market appears very tough so I am open to looking at long-distance real estate investing as well. I would also like to have a vacation rental in Colorado at some point in my portfolio. Currently Seeking: Looking for rental income properties in Colorado but open to long-distance opportunities.
