Shanna Switzer

Hi there. My name is Shanna (it's pronounced like Hannah with a Sh!) Switzer. A lifelong Alaskan, I mostly grew up in and around Fairbanks and North Pole and moved to the Anchorage area in 1997. Nate and I got married in 2002 and we have four children ranging in ages from 18 to 7. Nate is the better half of The Switzer Team - he had a fourplex and a duplex when we met twenty years ago, and he infected me with the investment property bug. He got his RE license first, and I happily assisted with the admin side of things for several years before determining that we wanted to be all in, together, and now we work side by side every day, serving our clients with their real estate needs. I enjoy camping, hiking, and exploring our great state with my busy and boisterous family. I love literature, lattes, gardening, and my golden retriever Copper. I'm an adventurer, a voracious reader, and a firm believer that laughter truly is the best medicine. I geek out about the investment side of real estate, and strategizing and evaluating properties is what I call a good time. Ha! Small town Alaskan values and integrity are the heart of everything we do. Our goal is to give our clients more than they expect with exceptional, extra-mile service, every time.
