Hello BP family! My name is Shannon. I am Virginia-born Georgia and Georgia-raised. I am an Army-wife. I got into Real Estate during the purchase of our first home, and I have been obsessed with it sense. I found BP after reading Brandon Turner's "The Book on Rental Property Investing." We have one rental so far, and I am eagerly awaiting the next! Wanting to find a nice duplex or triplex.
