Sharaya Rutherford

Hello! My name is Sharaya (Shuh-RAY-uh), I'm a licensed Georgia Real Estate Salesperson, and I am extremely motivated in learning about becoming an investment buyer. We've all watched those TV shows about house flipping and the likes and I would be lying if I said that wasn't one of the major reasons I decided to get into investment buying. I joined this site with the hopes of networking and learning as much as I can about investment real estate. My goals are to flip a house or two within the next year and own a multi-family building in the next 10 years. That's everything. I look forward to meeting you all!
