I've been investing by accident. Since joining the military the goal was wherever I move I plan to buy, so that is exactly what I've done! Now my husband and I are ready for some life changes. He is in his retirement window from the military, and we have 2 small kids that I would love to enjoy more. So we decided to get serious about real estate. I'm currently working on my real estate license and in the mean time we are trying to learn by taking action and reading in between. We have added a 5-plex and duplex to the portfolio and are on the constant hunt for more. We plan to fix and flip to pay down some bills and look forward to this adventure.
