About myself
Current strategy - Buy and hold rentals to diversify and fund retirement. Currently own one SFR, one duplex and one triplex in Everett, WA and have also flipped 2 SFR. My husband is a remodel contractor so our preference is to buy neglected properties and make improvements. We self-manage our rentals & find it fulfilling to provide a safe, attractive and well-maintained home for our very happy tenants.
