I am an architect, a general contractor, and real estate investor and developer. Our company, Wing Point Properties LLC, invests in and re-develops multi-family communities in the greater Seattle area, with a focus on the Kitsap Peninsula. We're working to build a portfolio of 20-50 unit Class B properties; they often have the potential for a strong value add at an attractive price point as they occupy a position in the market too small to be of interest for most syndicators but too large for many individual investors. We closed on Poulsbo Harbor View (18 units with the ability to add 6 more) in June 2019 and are actively looking for other opportunities.
