Shaterra Brown

Hello BP Community! I'm Shaterra Brown. I am a newly licensed Property Manager in Charge, here in South Carolina. I own two rental properties that I have been self managing for a few years now. I made the commitment to build a business in rental properties and have chosen to expand into Property Management, in order to manage properties for other owners. I'm here seeking mentors and networking opportunities. Looking forward to making connections. Shaterra Brown Owner / Property Manager in Charge Fruition Properties LLC [email protected]
