I am a new invesestor looking to BRRRR, most likely in the Mid west, but I still havent located an area yet. I believe in Cash flow and look to try my hand at remodeling a home from afar. This is something I do on a daily basis as a customer care representative for large home builder. I am around new construction every day and hopefully this will make the process a bit easier on me. I have been involved in remodeling and building off and on for the last 20 years and I would hope that would help me in beginning this journey. I eventually want to get involved in note investing but I think BRRRRing is the next step in my journey, at least for the next 5-7 years.
