Full time Real Estate Investor. Buying All Types of rentals and typically have a few flops going at any given time! We have around 40 Single Family Homes, About 30 apartment units, and recently flipped a 46 unit mobile home park. Previously a restaurant manager, and worked for Lowe's, investing on the side.
