About myself
My wife and I moved back to CO in 2015 to be close to family. I went full-time as an Investor/Entrepreneur in October 2015. We have a little girl, a dog, a cat, and some chickens. I am a homebuilder/ GC in Colorado Springs. We invest in Colorado, Florida, and Indiana. Experience: I've done multiple deals since 2009 around 3-7 deals per year (flips, holds, and smaller individual new construction projects). Real Estate Goals: Develop, build, or flip houses full-time, while building up passive income through rental properties. Interested in RV/MHP properties, multifamily, and SFR rentals. Currently Seeking: -More capital for more deals -Off market deals -Out of the box ideas
