Shawn Gerber

Hello! My name is Shawn and my background is in Engineering. I own a home in Grants Pass, Oregon. I have a wife and two young daughters. I'm very interested in Real Estate investing although I haven't purchased my first property yet. I've purchased several books published by BiggerPockets and am very impressed with how forthcoming and humble the authors are. I also really enjoy the Podcasts. I'm interested in connecting with investors in Southern Oregon and learning the in's and out's of Real Estate. I'm easy going, gregarious and an excellent listener. That's it in a nutshell.
