Heard countless hours of podcasts and i am completely addicted. I currently have closed on 9 deals in the first 7 months all out of state. Super excited and love to learn Real Estate Goals: My primary goal is to BRRRR my way to financial freedom and have something to leave my wonderful kids. Looking into out of state multi family properties as my area does not make any sense for rentals. I have been focusing on the Cleveland market. My goal for this year is to purchase 1 smaller multi family 12-24 units Currently Seeking: Currently seeking brokers, contractors, property management companies and everything in between. I love meeting new people and hearing their ideas and strategies. I have my finances set up and ready to close!
