Shawn Pennington

Hi BP! I am new to REI and excited to have found this community. The long and short of my story is that I spent my 20s getting into debt, my 30s getting out of it, and now at the top of my 40s I'm determined to finally start building my future. I'm a stage manager by trade and have spent most of my professional life on the road touring with Broadway musicals. I've literally been everywhere in the continental US and I've accrued quite a list of markets that I'm interested in. In the past few months I've been devouring everything on this site and reading every book I can get my hands on. My goal is to buy my first rental property this fall and then another every year for the next five years. Please drop me a line to say hi! Happy investing!!!
