Hello BP Colleagues! I am an engineer in the Melbourne, Florida area. My primary goal in real estate is to reach financial freedom and retire early by the age of 40 (I am currently 30 years old). To achieve this goal, I would like to house hack in a SFH or MFH each year then save up enough money to start utilizing the BRRRR strategy.
