I am a 25 year old real estate investor who has listened to every podcast, and read a couple of books. The books initiated a huge paradigm shift in the way I view my future, and made me seek out other streams of income. I am now interested in getting out of the rat race and ultimately becoming a buy and hold investor. I am analyzing deals constantly, and saving until I have six month mortgage reserve before pulling the trigger.
