With an extended background in a multitude of various real estate investments and transactions, Sheena is able to utilize her experience to acquire real estate paper at a discount, enhancing the value of each note. The Noteholder holds a portfolio of notes in-house as well as engages in acquiring non-performing mortgages with the purpose of restructuring and reperforming the notes to create additional value within each asset. These notes are then held in-house or sold to other note investors.
