We are parents to 2 beautiful little girls that are our world! We've been married almost 10 years now and are proud to call Texas Home! I've been in Property Management for over 9 years and my husband is a Personal Trainer. I left my job when our now 3yr old daughter was born. It's been 100% worth it but wasn't easy going down to one paycheck! Which is why we're turning to Real Estate for financial freedom and the ability to be home with my girls. We are currently in the process of selling our primary residence to move into a flip (it's the only way we can financially afford it) We plan to do a live-in- flip every 2 years and buy 1 Hold (rental) property each year from the profits. We'll repeat this until we have 12 rentals as passive income! Wish us luck........things never work out like they do on paper!!!
