I am an educator and coach at heart. At one point in my career, I realized that financial freedom wasn’t going to come from my job alone — so I committed to building it intentionally. My real estate journey began in 2007 with the purchase of a condo and a vacation rental. As those properties appreciated, I refinanced, pulled out equity, and bought a single-family home.
