I currently live in Austin and am looking to learn more about investment in single family and multi family. Not a complete newbie, but all my rental properties were either inherited or I lived in them and then turned them into rental properties. Never bought one with that purpose in mind though just recently did a small investment with a syndication group. Also looking to make connections to learn from and possibly find a local experienced mentor.
