Sherri Swilling

I’m in Clarksville, Tennessee and currently work as a Property Manager. I have experience on the management side of housing, but I’m now trying to learn the investment side the right way. I’d really like to connect with other local Clarksville investors who have experience finding good deals, running the numbers, knowing when a property makes sense, and just as importantly, knowing when to walk away. My first goal is to house hack, then eventually move into purchasing additional rental properties and holding them long term. I’m not interested in flashy strategies or chasing quick money. I want to learn what actually works and build something solid over time. I’m still new to investing, so I’d love the opportunity to shadow experienced local investors, learn how they look at deals, and see the process in the real world. I’m not looking for anyone to do the work for me. I’m willing to learn, ask questions, do the research, and put in the effort.
