Shiek Abdul-Hakeem

I'm a new investor looking for my next deal and in case you're wondering, 'Charles' is one of my middle names (I have several). I'm a Data Analyst and Engineer by day and investor by the other parts of the day. My wife and I closed on our first deal and intend to be here a while. Our focus is on buy and holds for the long-term and maybe a few flips in the short.
