Shirley Walker

I am Mississippi born and raised. I have been learning and studying real estate for years. I’m forcing myself to take action! I plan to begin with wholesaling (80%), buy and hold (20%), fix and flip (5%), and short term rentals (15%). I plan to transition to more buy and hold, fix and flip, and short term rentals as I gain more experience, network more, and gain some confidence. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Management and my Master of Accountancy with a concentration in Forensic Accounting. My full time career is a Financial Investigator and my part time is entrepreneurship. I am a licensed Mississippi Realtor. I plan to also become licensed in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Alabama.
