I'm a hard working independent real estate broker in the Seattle metro market. I started in the industry in 1984 and took my first commercial class (CCIM) in 1990. I have have mostly specialized in land and new construction but have always done investment deals when possible. I recently did a tour on a local city council and learned much from that experience. Some achievements and experience include: • Generated new development leads and acquisition for a real estate development companies and building companies that focuses on multi-family and single family residential projects, including real-estate market analysis. • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate land use and feasibility for building projects • Strong buyer and seller representation skill set.
