Simon Chen

I'm a would-be residential real estate investor working full-time as a software engineer in the defense industry. My current main focus is to build out my network, put together a team, and eventually close on a deal for my first multi-family property within the next year. I am proactive, goal-oriented and growth-oriented. I value self-improvement, integrity, and team work. I hope to meet other like-minded investors, entrepreneurs and professionals on here!
