At the corporate level, I have experience sourcing, analyzing and financing large multimillion mixed-use housing developments nationwide. On a smaller scale, I helped renovate and sell a property in Lambertville, NJ and I have renovated my own condo in Washington, D.C., bringing up its value to $525,000, over double what I paid for it. My design partner in all my projects is my mother, Patty Ceglia, an architect with 40+ years of experience. She specializes in design, renovations, historical preservation and landscapes.
