I am new to the REI world and working towards purchasing my first few properties to buy and hold. I am working towards at least 4-6 cash flowing properties by the end of 2022. Long-term goals are to work my way into commercial real estate and one day work my way up to becoming an accredited investor. I am extremely interested in learning about storage units and mobile homes as well and hope to one day join a syndication for a large scale multi unit apartment building or development. I am investing in Atlanta and have intentions to invest in Michigan (Detroit/Flint) as well. My central focus areas in Atlanta are Hapeville, East Point, and College Park. As I build my team, I am looking for honest and integrity driven individuals with a strong passion to help the people and the communities in which we do our business. I am looking to build solid and meaningful, long term connections and create partnerships that have no end in sight.
